Our Programs
Practical, implementation-focused workshops across Sales, Marketing, and Operations — built specifically for Ontario small business owners and entrepreneurs ready to grow.
What we teach
Track I · 4 individual modules
The Marketing track groups four standalone workshops — from brand positioning to social media, email automation, and free tools. Each module is an individual class you can enroll in separately. Browse the Curriculum tab to pick your starting point.
This track starts with positioning and brand identity, then moves into choosing the right marketing channels, understanding the difference between organic and paid social media, building CASL-compliant email campaigns, setting up automation workflows, and discovering the free tools that let you compete without a large budget.
Every individual class comes with a full slide deck, two Ontario-based case studies, templates, checklists, spreadsheet models, handouts, and a 25-question assessment — resources specific to that module's topic so you walk out ready to implement the same day.
Interactive workshops at our Richmond Hill facility. 2–3 hours per session with practical exercises, case studies, and implementation activities.
Instructor-led online sessions with the same interactive format — exercises, group discussion, and real-time implementation support.
